Voters detained at MCSO

An eligible voter who is detained but not sentenced can still vote. People detained can obtain both Voter Registration and Ballot Request forms from Inmate Legal Services, along with a prepaid envelope to submit their request. The ballot will be mailed to the jail for them to vote. For questions, they can reach out to SEB@risc.maricopa.gov or call 602-506-1511.

Un votante elegible que esté en la carcel pero no haya sido sentenciado puede votar. Las personas detenidas pueden obtener los formularios de Registro de Votante y Solicitud de Votación en los Servicios Legales para Reclusos, junto con un sobre con franqueo pagado para enviar su solicitud.
